We’ve planned a very special lunch on Sunday 14th May 2017.
Seafood lovers will feast on grilled lobster, Blue swimmer crab, Tiger prawns, Pacific oysters & Tasmanian Spring Bay mussels, Soft shell crab, tobiko caviar, Smoked Salmon with Capers, Lobster & scallops cocktail, grilled Moreton bay bugs and Wok fry scallops.
Main course from the buffet includes roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, Ricotta and spinach ravioli with truffle oil, Rotisserie spit roasted pork belly, Tikka chicken masala and Tandoori prawn cutlets.
Pace yourself because the best is yet to come. Chocolate pear tart with orange zest, Vanilla bean panna cotta, Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce, Champagne mousse & Orange blossom and raspberry cupcake.
