Queensland tiger prawn, Tasmanian oysters, blue swimmer crab, green shell mussels, smoked salmon, Greek octopus and potato salad, Thai style shaved cuttle fish salad, scallop and coconut ceviche, cocktail sauce, shallot and red wine vinegar
