With an extensive background in fine wine and hospitality, Amy Oliver has worked alongside some of Australia’s leading restaurateurs and sommeliers. Throughout the evening, she will share the story of Pt. Leo Estate, its vineyard and celebrated sculpture park, while offering expert insights into each wine and its pairing with the menu.
