Book Melba Restaurant

Melba Restaurant will re-open in early Spring offering À La Carte Menu for breakfast & lunch 7 days a week with limited capacity based on the current Victorian State Government regulations. Dinner for our hotel guests will be offered via our Private Dining Menu. Further details regarding our modified buffet experience will be announced shortly. Please note for all special event reservations, including Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day, full payment is required within 48-hours upon booking. Booking will not be accepted without full payment. Payment is not transferable and non-refundable. For all bookings, excluding special events reservations, your table will be held for 15-minutes from the time of your booking.
