Book Melba Restaurant

From July 2026, Melba Restaurant enters an exciting new chapter. While our daily lunch and dinner buffet service has concluded, guests can continue to enjoy our signature full buffet breakfast each morning. Melba will also be available for selected dining experiences, group bookings, private events and special occasions, with more details coming soon.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $50pp cancellation fee applies within 48 hours (weekdays) or 72 hours (weekends). Seating is subject to availability. No outside food or beverages permitted.
