Inspired by the city’s new wave of spirits distillers and the edgy and distinct neighbourhoods of Melbourne, Aria Bar’s team of mixologists have developed an innovative collection of cocktails to celebrate spring and summer.

By teaming ingredients such as local gins with fresh native ingredients, the result is a curated offering of cocktails that are as fresh-tasting as they are eye-catching.
